Can I pay without using a PayPal account?
Yes, you can pay with a credit or debit card. However, all payments are processed through PayPal, so you must select PayPal as your payment method. On the "Choose a way to pay" page, PayPal has two options: "Log in to my PayPal account" or "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with debit or credit card." If you choose to pay without a PayPal account, you will enter your personal information, then PayPal will ask if you would like to sign up for an account. This is not the last step. Please make sure to continue to the next page in order to complete your transaction.
Why is the shipping a bit pricey?
Since we are a custom distributor, there are many costs that go into getting you your product. Most of our products are produced and manufactured abroad. Your shipping fee includes expedited USPS Priority Mail service with tracking, customs fees and handling of your order. We ensure you that we are giving you the best price for these affordable and stylish pieces in our collection!
How long does it take to receive my parcel once it has been shipped?
SLS Distributors Men's Boutique is a unique company because we custom order and/or manufacture most of our products. Once you place your order, the items are placed with our manufactures abroad. Processing time (production of your items) takes about 5-7 business days. We then ship your items upon receiving our shipment to you via USPS Priority Mail to insure that you have tracking information.
Domestic parcels take 2-3 business days for you to receive once we have received your custom order from our manufacturer. You will then receive a shipping notification via email (SHIPPED) with tracking information.
International orders are also shipped via USPS Priority mail to keep costs down for you and provide reliable shipping. Once we have received your custom order from our manufacturer, it will be shipped to you within one business day. You should expect tracking information to be sent via the email presented in your user profile. USPS Priority mail can take from 6-15 business days to receive.
How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a status notification email from us as well as a tracking number via USPS.com. If you have not received your tracking number, be sure to check your SPAM folder before contacting us.
Where can I find out the status of my order?
If you have already created a customer profile, you may login to your account to check the status on your order. Since every order is made custom for our clients, shipping time takes a little longer. However, once we receive your package, we ship it to you expedited to ensure secure delivery. Below you can find explanations to our status notifications:
Awaiting Fulfillment - your order has been received and is awaiting approval. This process can take from 1-3 business days once we receive your payment.
Complete - your order has been verified, passed fraud filters, and has been submitted to our manufacturers to be produced. Production of garments usually takes about 5-7 business days. This does NOT mean your order has been shipped. A complete status refers that your items have been submitted to our various manufacturers to be made. Once we receive your items you will receive a "shipped" notification with a tracking number provided by USPS.com
Shipped - your order has been received from our manufacturers and has been shipped. At this time you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Pending - your order is under further review. This appears if an item is out of stock, if we are awaiting an answer from you, etc. Details are sent in the email.
